Interested in Farming or Agriculture?
Some of my buyers that come from out of state are not familiar with Hawaii’s Farming/Agriculture land. Whether or not you are looking to farm here in Hawaii it’s important to have a realtor that is very familiar with all landscapes of the real estate market, including zoning areas.
I take the time to understand what my clients ultimate goal is when finding their future home, so we are not waisting time looking at properties that are an absolute “no”. I have helped my clients with purchasing and selling every type of property on Hawaii island like, agriculture, leasehold, fee simple, condos, resort areas, etc.
